Adult Ballet Classes

All standards welcome including beginners!

These are fun and informal classes for both absolute beginners who are looking to learn the basics of Ballet, or those that have an understanding of Ballet and wish to re-visit the basics to rebuild fitness levels, technique and confidence. Our aim is to build your confidence, movement vocabulary and co-ordination in a relaxed and fun way. All are welcome to come and have a dance!

(No uniform requirements - leggings, vest tops, t-shirts. Ballet shoes preferable).
